It seems when you see people around you living in supreme comfort, you tend to think hmmm... why couldnt i get that sort of treatment too.

But of course that will never happen in already comfortable level of living in Singapore.

Ultimately it boils down straight from the level that you inherit from your biological parents. What they do directly and sometimes even indirectly affects you.
In terms of living conditions, in simple wordings, they control you.

If you aren't happy which means u wanna control your own life yourself, some parents will understand you for doing that. Because they are already wrong in the first place, and you know it, u want to change, they allow u to change. Case closed, the loop ends here.

But what if they dun allow you to change, they think what they do is perfectly right or are stubborn enough not to admit they are in the wrong, DISASTER. Suck thumb, you have to follow their wrongdoings. The loop continues to your biological offsprings. And the loop continues.

The only way to break it? Simple. Dun even extend the loop. Cut it. Understand?
